The Business of Voiceover Auditioning

This is a two-part class that addresses the business aspect of voiceover auditioning. The first class will focus on auditioning for and meeting with casting directors and agents. This will be a chance for you to be prepared for that next big meeting/audition...or for your first one! The second class will cover home studio auditions. This is for those of you who are sent auditions via e-mail, and for those of you taking advantage of Voice123. We'll show you how to be successful with online auditioning. This will offer you tips and tricks on how to direct yourself and when to send the right take.

The first class will cover the following:

-- How to make a good first impression on a casting director or agent
-- How to nail the audition in the first take
-- What to say, and what not to say
-- How to not let nerves get in the way of you being at your best

The second will cover the following:

-- How to self-direct
-- What to listen for on your take
-- How to know which take is the best (Hint: It's probably your second or third take...not your 30th...)
