Meet our guest: MARSHA GOODMAN

Marsha Goodman is an Emmy Award-winning Animation Voice and Casting Director, who has worked on over 3000 projects. As Senior Vice-President, Talent at DIC Entertainment for over 25 years, she cast and directed many iconic and beloved animated characters and worked with countless A-list celebrities and world famous actors.
Her first directing job was with Mel Blanc (of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Elmer Fudd fame) as the character “Heathcliff the Cat.”
The second project was directing Don Adams as “Inspector Gadget.” Other outstanding projects that she has cast and helmed include the Emmy Award-winning animated series and
animated feature length film of the beloved “Madeline,” starring Christopher Plummer and Lauren Bacall. “Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego” starring Rita Moreno, is another Emmy winner.

Other projects she has cast and directed are:
“The Real Ghostbusters”, “Captain Planet”, “Teddy Ruxpin”, “Super Mario Bros” and “Where’s Waldo?” to name but a few.
Some of the celebrities she cast and directed include: Whoopi Goldberg, Walter Cronkite, Ben Stiller, Sting, Dustin Hoffman, Annette Bening, Liam Neeson, Michael Douglas, Tom Cruise, John Travolta, Ed Asner, Tim Curry, Billy Crystal, Samuel L. Jackson, Elizabeth Taylor, Warren Buffett, and many, many more.

Currently she is a freelance Voice Director and Talent Coordinator. She teaches animation workshops throughout the Los Angeles area.
